Twenty-two custom-designed pre-war lofts with interior design by Alan Tanksley, ranging from 1,800 SF half-floor simplexes to duplex penthouses. Passage doors with ribbed glass transoms and cabinetry with polished nickel bullet hinges harkens back to New York’s heyday, when luxury was defined by classic detailing and the finest materials.
